These terms describe the rules for purchasing and using Color My Family’s digital coloring-page service.
Effective September 16, 2026Agreement
By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not upload a photo or complete checkout.
Who may use the service
Customers must be 18 or older and have the right to upload each photo, including explicit consent from a parent or guardian when required. The service is not directed to children under 13, and children may not purchase or upload photos themselves.
Your photos and permissions
You keep ownership of your uploaded photos. You give Color My Family and its service providers a limited permission to process each photo solely to operate, secure, support, and deliver the requested coloring-page service. You represent that you own the photo or have all permissions needed to upload and process it, including permission concerning every identifiable person shown.
Acceptable use
You may not upload illegal, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material; intimate imagery without consent; or any material you are not authorized to use. You may not attempt to bypass payment, security, page limits, private recovery controls, or service restrictions. Color My Family may refuse or stop processing when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service protection.
Purchases and delivery
Package contents and prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Digital delivery begins after payment confirmation. Finished pages are provided as downloadable PNG files and, where offered, a combined PDF. Private recovery access is generally available for seven days after purchase; customers should download and safely store their files during that period.
AI-generated results
Coloring pages are generated with artificial intelligence. Results may simplify, reinterpret, omit, or alter details and may not perfectly match the uploaded photo. Differences in artistic likeness, line placement, background detail, or personal preference do not by themselves mean the service failed. Preview the result before printing where possible.
Personal-use license
After payment, you may download, print, and share the finished coloring pages for personal, household, classroom, or gift use. You may not resell the digital files, offer them as a competing service, remove ownership notices where present, or use the service or outputs to violate another person’s rights.
Refunds
Refunds are available when the service fails and no usable coloring page is delivered. Complete terms appear in the Refund Policy.
Availability
The service may occasionally be paused for maintenance, security, provider outages, or technical failures. Color My Family may change or discontinue features and package options. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve paid-order failures or provide an appropriate refund under the Refund Policy.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Color My Family is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect customer information, unsupported or poor-quality source photos, lost recovery links after the recovery period, printer or paper differences, unauthorized uploads, or third-party services outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without overriding consumer protections that apply in a customer’s location.
