To help locate an order, include the email address used at checkout, approximate purchase date, and package purchased. Never send your complete card number, password, API key, or other account credentials.
Order and refund help
Explain what happened and whether any usable page was delivered. Color My Family may first restore the recovery link or retry the failed page. Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy.
Privacy requests
Use the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion. Reasonable verification may be required before order-related information is disclosed or deleted.
