After all purchased pages are complete, Color My Family sends a private recovery link to the checkout email address. That link generally works for seven days. Download and save your files during that period, and do not share the private link.

Uploaded photos are used to create the purchased pages and are not placed in a public gallery, shown to other customers, or used in advertising. Color My Family does not intentionally keep the original upload after the conversion request is complete. Finished pages are privately stored for recovery and scheduled for deletion after seven days.

You must be at least 18 to purchase and upload photos, and you must have the right to use every image. That includes explicit parent or guardian consent where it is required for a photo of a child.

AI results vary and subjective artistic differences do not normally qualify for a refund when a usable coloring page was delivered. Choosing a clear source photo gives the service a stronger starting point. If a technical failure prevents delivery of any usable purchased page, contact support so the order can be reviewed under the Refund Policy.

Refunds are limited to confirmed service failures when no usable coloring page is delivered after a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem.
